So, have you scheduled your own “Dudes’ Food Night” yet? If not, WHY NOT???? Get moving. It’s truly an epic event! (For an explanation of what Dudes’ Food Night is and how it was born, see this post.)
In fact, Dudes’ Food Night was such a success, some of the women in our fam suggested we do it once a month. Ha ha. Not exactly a healthy idea. The fat and cholesterol levels would max out. Maybe twice a year? I’m thinking a bbq challenge in June would be an excellent idea. I do, however, want to introduce you to the creative geniuses and their creations from our first-ever Dudes’ Food Night. Maybe these recipe names will inspire you to create some of your own dudes’ foods!
In all their glory (and in no particular order), here they are:
Patrick’s Corn Dog Patticakes
Andrew’s Pizza Ramen Quiche
Drew’s Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Kyle’s Kobra Ky’s Krane Kick Kookies
Noah’s Grilled P.B. and J’s
Ronnie’s Cheese Dog Chili
Scott’s Philly Cheesesteak Dip
Taylor’s Mini Pancakes
Kyle’s Bacon and Nutella Panquake
Paul’s Famous Grilled Chicken
Shaun’s Better than Kyle’s Cookies Jalapeño Poppers.
Impressive list, yes?! Very inspiring.
Kyle’s Kobra Ky’s Krane Kick Kookies (by a very close vote) were the favorite dessert of the night. Quite the tongue-twister! When making them, have a little contest. Whoever says the name fast ten times gets the first cookie out of the oven! And the loser has to stand like this while everyone else eats the cookies…
To simplify matters, I’ve renamed them Dudes’ Food Caramel-Oreo Cookies. Basically, they’re elevated chocolate chip cookies. VERY elevated. True confession…I think I ate four that night. These things are tasty. They are loaded with sugary deliciousness, and probably should be outlawed. Kyle, we’re glad you’re part of the fam…and BTW, your assignment for every family dinner from now until forever is to bring Kobra Ky’s Krane Kick Kookies!

I would use this to help pay more medical bills, treat my little brother since my surgery was on his birthday and ruined it for him. he got zero gifts because of me and my medical bills. he wanted something off of amazon for christmas and never got it. I would also get another card like a amex or visa to help with house bills so they wont get interrupted. I would also get house hold products like detergent and soap powder for laundry. Thanks so much for the chance to win. If theres anything left over I would treat my mom for her upcoming january birthday on the 28th and if theres any left maybe treat myself because I need something good in my life and some more confidence. Thanks and hope you guys notice my comment. bye bye god bless you all that are involved
Tatyanna, Thanks for sharing what you’d do with the giveaway money! The winner is chosen completely randomly, but we wish you the best of luck!
Oh my gosh!! Well first of all I’d get my daughter a coat. She needs one so bad!! Then I would buy some makeup, because my husband accidentally threw away my makeup bag!! And the rest I would buy scarves. My daughter and I spend a few hours putting up scarves around trees and poles downtown where the homeless live with notes telling them to take the scarf if they need it. Sometimes we tie a bag of new socks to it too. We really enjoy it. 🙂 <3 If I had anything left i'd probably buy something fun for my daughter and husband. Thanks so much for the chance!!
Emilee, That’s such a cool idea to leave scarves and notes for the homeless people in your area! It’s inspiring to hear stories of the service people do for others. The winner of the giveaway is chosen completely randomly, but we wish you luck!!
I’m currently pregnant, so I’d be able to get everything on my baby list!!
Congrats that’s so exciting! Good luck with the giveaway 🙂
Those mini pancakes are cute looking!
If I won the $700 gift card, I’d buy some clothes and jewelry. I’d also buy gifts for my friends and family.
Jenny, Thanks for entering and good luck with the giveaway!
