Here ya go…our first-ever menu, just in time for that last bash of summer. Wipe away those tears right now and get cooking…we’re not giving up summer without a good fight! This summer BBQ surf-and-turf menu will give you an excuse to keep your grill going a little longer.
This simple, fast menu focuses on the fresh tastes of the late summer harvest, like garden tomatoes, basil, corn and watermelon. It’s ideal for your Labor Day family barbecue or a lazy summer afternoon by the lake. Everything travels well, so you could serve the entire menu cold or at room temp, if you’re headed to the mountains or the beach. All you need is a little dry ice to pack in a cooler with the ice cream, and a container for the dressing to toss with the salad at the last minute.
Double or triple the whole menu for a crowd. Add a picnic blanket and some sunscreen, and then just sit back and enjoy a summer feast! Be sure to bottle up the memories of your perfect day for those snowy months ahead!
