Frozen Yogurt-Berry Bites

Frozen Yogurt-Berry Bites are exactly what they sound like...berries and yogurt, frozen into a mass of yummy goodness...pretty much the perfect snack!
I looked up “froyo” on urbandictionary.com. Yep, kind of  nerdy thing to do. I guess I was just curious. Here’s what it says: “Froyo: 1. A game combining the use of a frisbee and a yoyo; 2. Frodo playing yoyo; 3. An incorrect term used to describe frozen yogurt.” Apparently the correct term is actually “frogurt.” Who knew? But froyo is very fun to say, so I’m sticking with it. Frozen yogurt has been around a long time, and it’s a pretty darn great invention. Swirly frozen goodness with a hint of tart packed with berries, chocolate or snickers pieces? Yes, please! So we decided to make up our own version. I think even Frodo would approve of these Frozen yogurt-berry bites.

Okay, so this recipe probably isn’t technically a recipe at all.  I mean, it consists of a whopping two ingredients! No prep to speak of, no oven, no mixing bowls, literally one spoon and a tray…really no effort whatsoever! Your three-year old could make this. Seriously! And you want to know the freaky thing? These little babies are absolutely delicious. I kept catching my husband sneaking them out of the freezer before we could even photograph them. You basically pick your favorite berry, smother it in yogurt and freeze! That’s it. Nothing to it. The perfect snack food. 🙂
