We’ll be celebrating Independence Day next week, and I’m grateful for the freedom, beauty and blessing of living in such a great nation as the United States of America! It truly is a land that we love.
Of course, it seems the whole month of July is all about family, friends, fireworks and of course, FOOD! If you’re having a bit of a mental block about your party menu, do not panic. Chili and Lime Grilled Corn: Chili and lime and feta and corn. Say what?! Trust us. They’ll be talkin’ about this one for awhile. It’s GOOD.

I LOVE the lemon orzo pasta. I made it this week and added chicken and it was perfect for a friend potluck and to take to work for lunch.
