What can you do in a minute? Text a friend. Brush your teeth. Dish up a bowl of cereal. Take a shower (if you’re really, really, really skilled!) Make your bed. And now…make salsa!
60-second salsa is a super-duper, super simple, incredible, no-brainer salsa that literally takes almost no time whatsoever to throw together.
The other awesome part of it…..You can make it year-round and it tastes FABULOSO (Is that a made-up word? I use it all the time.) Ya start with (don’t judge) canned tomatoes and chiles. But you’d never, ever, ever want to divulge that little secret, ’cause this stuff is so good, nobody will ever know.
Chuck those in a blender with a little garlic, lime and maybe some cilantro if you’ve got it, and WHAMMO. 5-second whirl and there you have it. Fresh salsa!
You can’t fill up your tank in a minute. Or unload the dishwasher. Take the dog for a walk? That would be a very lame walk. Get the mail? Maybe. Order takeout? Probs not. Paint your toenails? #skillsidonthaveandwillprobablyneverhave. Write a blog post? Def not.
BUT you can make salsa that your family, friends, neighbors, and possibly that poor dog that didn’t get a good walk, will beg you to make again. Happily, it’s an easy request to fill. In 60 seconds!
