The Chocolate Chip Cookie. Are there a thousand recipes floating out there for this most traditional, beloved cookie? Maybe two thousand? Everyone has a favorite recipe. And for good reason. There’s truly nothing better than a hot-out-of-the-oven, melty, gooey chocolate chipper. And that DOUGH! I think there might be a time or two or three that I possibly ate more than half the dough before even one cookie was baked. Are you nodding your head and thinking that this all sounds a bit familiar? Are you pulling your mixer out as you read this? Well, get ready to elevate the cookie just a bit.
