Midsummer’s Eve Dinner Menu

The ultimate Midsummer's Eve Dinner Menu: BBQ chicken, grilled corn, homemade salsa, fresh-squeezed limeade and cherry pie. Summer food at its finest!

“Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!” How grateful I am to live in a land where we are free to pursue our dreams. To all Americans, Happy Independence Day! I love that the 4th of July is smack-dab in the middle of summer. It just seems a fitting time of the year to celebrate. Summer days are packed with gatherings of family and friends to celebrate holidays, birthdays and just the lazy days of summer. Life seems sweeter when the days are longer, I think. Well, here is the perfect mid-summer menu! Whether you’re picnicking in the canyon, by the pool, at grandma’s house or in your own backyard, there’s something for everyone in this summer harvest menu. Head to your local farmer’s market to buy corn, tomatoes and cherries, get the whole family together to cook, and then kick back together and enjoy the ultimate tastes of summer!

Yum! That is a great set up. Everything looks delish. I’d love fresh corn right about now.
